Being outdoors is my ‘best medicine’ for stress relief. This week I tried a new activity- Yoga on SUP. Breathing, stretching, and balancing out on beautiful Ayers Creek with seabirds soaring overhead left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Thank you for these positive reminders Jackie!
Very positive thoughts and an excellent reminder of easy simple actions to manage our stress and maybe make someone feel better about themselves. Thanks, Jackie.
